The Kirsty Louise Streek Foundation has been set up in loving memory of Kirsty who sadly died in 2022, to help individuals and organisations focusing on the advancement in understanding and treatment of sarcoma cancer and multiple sclerosis and individuals suffering from it who may need financial assistance.

INDIVIDUALS
Criteria for the application:
The trustees will consider any requests or known situations that are eligible for consideration:

From any geographical area within the UK

The individual must have been diagnosed with Cancer, or Multiple Sclerosis

The individual must not be able to reasonably afford the costs of cosmetic treatment such as having a wig made.

ORGANISATIONS
Criteria for the application:
The trustees apply the funds of The Kirsty Louise Streek Foundation at their discretion and in accordance with the charitable purposes and objectives of the charity:

For the advancement of Health and saving of lives by:

The provision of grants to organisations focusing on the advancement in understanding and treatment of Sarcoma and Multiple sclerosis disease.

The provision of grants to organisations to support hair care for individuals during and after chemotherapy treatments through the provision of wigs and general hair care services to support recovery.
Eligibility:

From any geographical area within the UK

From organisations and businesses that share the same goals and purpose with the foundation.

The organisation must be conducting research, or trials into understanding and or treating Sarcoma and Multiple Sclerosis

From National Organisations where there is no access to, or inadequate statutory funding.

Maximum Grant £5,000 pa
