We are delighted to invite you to our spectacular Charity Ball on the
1st November 2025
The venue is the wonderful
Hilton Hotel at the Utilita Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton
Drinks reception commences from 6.00pm
Carriages from 12.30am - 1.00am
Ticket Price £75.00 per person
As well as all the fun, singing and dancing we will be serving a delicious 3-course meal. Meal options include:

In terms of the meal, we are currently finalizing the meat and vegetarian options with the hotel. Once these are confirmed, we will update you as soon as possible with the details.

This year we have 2 payment choices:

You can pay any set amount at each stage, but full payment must be received by 1st October 2025.
Payments can be made via Debit / Credit card or Apple / Google Pay.
You will receive a ticket confirmation upon booking and a receipt after each instalment payment.
